Well....That's one way to interpret the theme.
And was he brushing his teeth with an "air toothbrush" or what?
The animation was good, and the twist was VERY unexpected. My only nit-pick would be that the door movements were a little too jerky. Generally those types of doors open very smoothly, and a bit slower.
(P.S. It's "seem" as in appearing, not "seam" as in sewing. Unless that was on purpose for some reason....)
